Ordering and Requests

• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Any future orders more than that are welcome.

• For custom designs, customers must provide clear references, design details, and required information.

Payments

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

• Orders will not be processed until the advance payment is received.

• The balance payment (if any) must be settled upon delivery or collection.

• Payments can be made via online bank transfer or cash deposit.

• All refunds (where applicable) will be issued via online transfer.

• The 50% advance payment serves as confirmation and is non-refundable once production begins.

Delivery

• Deliveries are available through PickMe, Uber or a courier services, or customer-arranged pickup.

• Delivery fees are not included in the cake price.

• It is recommended to use a car with air conditioning for deliveries to prevent heat or shock damage.

• Luck Feel Cakes is not responsible for any damage that occurs during third-party delivery or customer pickups.

• Once the cake leaves our premises, responsibility for its condition transfers to the customer or courier.

Cancellations

• Cancellations or design changes must be made within one hour of confirming the advance payment.

• After one hour, the production process begins, and no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

• Orders cancelled after production has started will forfeit the advance payment.

Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns once the cake has been collected or delivered.

• Refunds are only applicable in the case of an error made by Luck Feel Cakes.

• Custom cakes are crafted with care; we ensure up to 75% resemblance to the provided design.

• Final design accuracy depends on the complexity, time frame, and price of the order.

• With sufficient time and resources, we strive to match designs as closely as possible.

Additional Notes

• Please inspect your cake upon delivery or collection to ensure it meets your expectations.

• We recommend storing cakes in a cool, dry place or refrigeration if required, to maintain freshness.
